ProData Resources is committed to giving quality services focused on the specific needs of the small business owner. Our services encompass everything from day to day accounting such as accounts payable/receivable and cash receipts to full sales tax and payroll tax reporting. We also offer several methods of training, bookkeeping organization, and QuickBooks® setup and cleanup. Although ProData Resources does not prepare individual, partnership, or corporate tax returns, our experience enables us to work closely with the client's CPA, Accountant, or Enrolled Agent to streamline the process.
Christa R. Peterson is an Intuit Certified Advanced ProAdvisor and has worked in the accounting field for over 20 years, both in private accounting and in public accounting working for CPA firms. In public accounting Christa specialized in setting up new and existing businesses in QuickBooks® and training clients on the proper way to record their day to day financial activities. Secondary responsibilities were working closely with clients who handled their own day to day check writing and deposits. These clients then provided the necessary documentation of all activities to allow for the bank reconciliation and preparation of any necessary sales and payroll tax returns according to governmental rules, regulations, and deadlines. She looks forward to expanding services to include an all day hands on QuickBooks training workshop.
ProData Resources works closely with ProData Solutions founded by Virginia O’Brien in 1994. She has utilized her knowledge gained from over 30 years of experience in both the public and private fields of accounting. Virginia currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Her emphasis has been to provide management reports that enable the management team to better conduct their business and have better control of their business.
